TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 Fresh flowers:

  1. All fresh flowers shown in our website pictures may not be always available at the time you place the order. For any fresh flowers that are not in stock due to seasonal varieties, weather and transportation delay, or in the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute the flowers or product item with a product of equivalent value without notice.
  2. Fresh flowers that are already prepared and processed into a finish product may not be cancelled at all. Request for any changes has to be confirmed by email or fax 1 day prior delivery date.  We only reply your email or fax during our operational hour from 9am-8pm.
  3. Certain flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer shelf life.

 Delivery:

  1. Flowers that already delivered as requested are a final sales product that cannot be cancelled or switch to other product.
  2. Flowers that are delivered to a wrong address or rejected by the recipient will be delivered/ returned to our shop. Flowers request for redelivery can be done with additional extra charge.
  3. Delivery requested to be made within a specific time period need to be confirmed to our florist; yet in the event of unforeseen weather difficulties and heavy traffic jam, flowers may arrive late which is normal for unpredicted Jakarta traffic and no cancellation can be made in that matter.
  4. Free delivery for purchase more than IDR 600,000. Minimum IDR 500,000 purchase required for delivery.

 Payment and order processing:

  1. We cannot process any order with unsettled payment. We require full payment with proper proof of payment details transferred to our bank account.
  2. Customer is required to provide us details information of intended recipient and delivery address.

 Customer claim:

  1. Any complaint for any unsatisfied product will be handled if claim or report is done in the written form by email or fax and be received by us within 24 hours after delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any claim or complaint after 24 hours and all sales are final.

 Additional Term for Valentine Delivery: 

Valentine order and delivery terms and conditions from 13-14 February 2018:

  • Free delivery only for order Rp.800,000 and above. Minimum delivery is for Rp. 500,000 with delivery charge of Rp.50,000 for delivery around Jakarta area only.
  • Due to high volume delivery order, we are unable to take delivery with request for specific time.         
  • Valentine order will be delivered between 8.00 am -17.30pm and we cannot predict the time of arrival within that time frame due to high delivery traffic for the day.
  • Delivery are covering Jakarta area only. For delivery in Alam Sutra areas and Serpong BSD, extra delivery charge of Rp.100,000 apply for each delivery address, We are sorry that we cannot deliver to these areas: Cinere, Pamulang, Cilincing, Cengkareng, Tanjung Priok, Depok, Bekasi, and Cikarang.
  • For undelivered product due to wrong address given, we will bring the product back to Floe at Plaza Senayan and extra delivery charge will apply for re-delivery to new address.
  • We carefully select our flowers quality but little imperfection goes along with nature grown product and we accept no return policy for flowers or petals that naturally may come with little imperfection due to nature condition and the process of packing and repacking and shipment via int’l air transport.
  • All products presented in online catalog may not always available at all time due to season and Holland auction flowers availability. Some flowers colors & varieties may not always the same as presented in the online catalog picture. We reserve the right to change unavailable flowers/products with item with the same value.
  • Any complaint is valid only if received in written form on the same delivery date to email at floe.flowers@gmail.com

SYARAT & KETENTUAN PEMBELIAN BUNGA:

 Bunga Segar:

  1. Jenis bunga, warna bunga, dan contoh rangkaian di album foto yang dipesan dapat diganti dengan bunga lain yang sepadan apabila produk yang dipesan tidak tersedia karena adanya gangguan kondisi alam, cuaca, transportasi, dan berbagai hal yang menghambat ketersediaan produk.
  2. Bunga yang sudah disetujui untuk dirangkai adalah bukti pembelian yang sah yang tidak dapat dibatalkan dalam bentuk uang atau rangkaian bunga lainnya. Perubahan untuk pemesanan harus dikonfirmasikan lewat email/ fax.  Kami hanya dapat memberikan konfirmasi balik disaat jam operasional kami pada pukul 09:00-20:00.
  3. Beberapa jenis bunga dapat terkirim dalam bentuk masih belum mekar sepenuhnya agar bunga tersebut dapat bertahan lebih lama.

 Pengiriman bunga:

  1. Bunga yang sudah terkirim adalah merupakan pembelian yang sah dan tidak dapat di batalkan atau di ganti dengan produk lain.
  2. Bunga yang tidak terkirim karena kesalahan alamat, dikembalikan oleh penerima atau berbagai hal lain adalah pembelian yang tidak dapat dibatalkan. Biaya pengiriman akan dikenakan jika pembeli meminta pengiriman ulang.
  3. Jam pengiriman yang diinginkan untuk tiba pada jam tertentu harus di konfirmasikan lebih dahulu kepada staf kami; namun dimaklumkan jika pengiriman dapat terlambat karena gangguan cuaca dan kepadatan lalu lintas Jakarta yang sulit di prediksi dan keadaan tersebut adalah normal dan tidak dapat dibatalkan.
  4. Pengiriman gratis untuk pembelian di atas IDR 600,000. Minimum pembelian untuk diantar adalah IDR 500,000

 Pembayaran dan proses pembuatan bunga:  

  1. Kami tidak dapat memproses pemesanan bunga jika bunga belum dilunasi pembayarannya. Pembayaran dinyatakan lunas apabila kami telah menerima bukti pembayaran yang sah ke dalam rekening bank kami.
  2. Pelanggan wajib memberikan informasi detil mengenai nama dan telepon penerima yang dapat dihubungi disertai alamat pengantaran yang lengkap.

 Komplain:

  1. Ketidakpuasan pembeli atas produk yang dibeli akan ditangani dengan sebaik-baiknya apabila claim kami terima dalam bentuk tertulis lewat fax maupun email kepada kami dalam waktu 24 jam setelah bunga dikirimkan/diterima. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab apabila claim diajukan lewat 24 jam setelah bunga diterima/terkirim.

 Tambahan Ketentuan untuk pegantaran Valentine: 

   karena tingginya jumlah pengiriman di hari Valentine, kami mohon maaf jika tidak dapat menerima pengiriman yang ditentukan jam      tibanya.  Semua pengiriman bunga akan tiba antara jam 8 pagi hingga jam 6 sore.  Dan kami tidak dapat menerima titipan produk        untuk disertai dengan pengiriman bunga seperti coklat, boneka, dll.
